Etheryl sign up: create an account in four steps

Registration takes a couple of minutes. You need an email address you can open right away and, before your first withdrawal, an ID and proof of address in your name.

1. Open Etheryl and press Join now in the top right corner.
2. Enter your email and a strong password, then accept the terms after reading them.
3. Confirm the email link Etheryl sends you.
4. In the cashier, choose the welcome match if you want it and make a first deposit of at least US$30.

Use your real name and date of birth from the start. Etheryl verifies identity before paying out, and details that do not match your documents are the most common reason a first withdrawal is held. You must be 19 or older — 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.

Etheryl password reset

1. On the sign-in window, choose the forgotten password option.
2. Enter the email you registered with.
3. Open the reset link Etheryl sends and choose a new password.
4. Sign in with the new password; log out of other devices if you think someone else knew the old one.

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check the spam and promotions folders and make sure you typed the address you used at sign-up. A reset link expires, so request a fresh one rather than reusing an old email.

If you set limits, a time-out or self-exclusion, you will not be able to sign in until the period ends. That is the tool working as intended; support cannot shorten it.

Your Etheryl account: KYC, security and limits
